Solidaridad con Tesla

Todavia no sabemos mas sobre la fecha de la sentencia. Pero, este petición tiene mas de 100 firmadas, y ha viajado hasta 10 paises: Canadá, Estados Unidos, Irlanda, Holanda, Englaterra, Escocia, Honduras, Bolivia, y Francia! Favor sigue dispersar la historia de Tesla.

La sentencia de Tesla ha sido retrasado. No sabemos exactamente por que pasó este, ni cuando estará la sentencia. Mientras, Tesla tiene que seguir ir cada semana al tribunal para firmar el registro, y tampoco todavia no puede salir de honduras. Doctor Amendares quire mucho seguir y intenificar la campaña internacional. Gracias que ustedes continuen ayudarnos.
Buscamos apoyo para nustra amiga y colega, Tesla Ventura. Ella ha sido persegido para sus trabajo capacitando a su comunidad.
Hace dos años, Tesla ayudó organizar un reunion de padres, maestros, y administradores de la escuela en su comunidad rural. Los estudiantes y sus padres eran frustrado por que algunos maestros no han dado clases (mientras todavia ganando sus sueldos) pero ellos sin embargo quierian dar los examines. Antes que podia seguir el reunion todos tenian que esperar la llegada de unos adminstradores regionales, y a causa de este todos los padres, estudiantes y maestros pasaron la noche dormiendo en la escuela. Todos se quedaran allá por voluntad propria. Unos dias mas tarde, los miembros del grupo de padres que habian organizado el reunion eran acusados de detention ilegal de los maestros (los que no habian dado clases). Rercuerdo que todos habian escohado de quedar la noche a la escuela. Tesla se declaró inocente, y a causa de este ha tenido que irse cada semana al tribunal para firmar el registo y tambien ella no puede salir de Honduras. Todo este desde Mayo, 2005!
En noviembre, nosotros 4 cooperantes canadienses que estan trabajando aqui en honduras, nos fuimos al juicio de Tesla. Mirabamos cuando la prosecución presentaren ¨testigos¨ que contaron mentiras. Los "testigos" contaron de su detención y maltratamiento por los padres, y Tesla especialmente. Habian testigos que Tesla no habia visto en su vida. La prosecución tenian muchos testigos, pero la defensa podian tener solamente 3 testigos.
La sentencia de Tesla es mañana, el 15 enero, 2008. Miraremos, esperando que ellos no dan a Tesla las 6 años encarcerado que quire la prosecución. Esperaremos que nuestra amiga, una mujer indiginas Lenca, madre de 5, y miembra importante de su comunidad, será dado su liberdad. Sino, que hemos visto lo que ya ha pasado con este juicio, este no parece mui probable.
Tesla necesita AYUDA INTERNACIONAL. Por favor, lea y firme el petición que sigue.

Nosotros, la comunidad internacional queremos declarar nuestra preocupación por Tesla Ventura, la mujer Lenca, madre de cinco y voluntaria con la comunidad que fue condenado a prisión después de un juicio sospechoso.
Nos da mucha preocupación que les autoridades la dejo presentar solamente tres testigos, y solamente tres días para preparar su defensa. Estas limitaciones sobre la defensa dan a la prosecución un ventaje grande que obviamente no es justo.
Estamos decepcionados y fallados de aprender que tales deshonras ocurren en Honduras.
Pedimos con gran esperanza que ustedes reconsideraran la situación de Telsa Ventura y darla de nuevo sus libertades y derechos, sino un nuevo juicio para que ella pueda demostrar su inocencia.
Esperamos que ustedes, las autoridades de la republica de Honduras usen esta oportunidad para demostrar a la comunidad internacional que Honduras es un lugar justa que cuida sus ciudadanos con respeto, cariño y imparcialidad sin corrupción o intento malicioso.
Nosotros, la comunidad internacional, mirará, con la gran preocupación, cómo procede este caso. Instamos las autoridades hacer una decisión justa para impresionar el mundo que Honduras tiene una sistema de Justicia que sigue los leyes Internacionales de Derechos Humanos.
